Secretary (Contract, up to 30k)

Job description

  • 3-Month Contract to Perm
  • Minimum 5 years of secretarial experience
  • Immediately available is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the team including travel arrangements and calendar management, call logistics and administrative support
  • Support annual Leadership Conference as key project member to deliver quality work on all assigned areas of responsibility and providing direct support to the team
  • Handle expenses claims and travel arrangements
  • Support ad hoc projects and internal activities

Requirements:

  • A recognized university degree holder or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 5 years' administrative or secretarial working experience, preferably in a professional service environment
  • Experience in organising conference, exhibition or event management
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, especially in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work independently and perform under pressure.
  • Fluent English is essential, multilingual would be highly advantageous
