Technical Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce Service Cloud

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver customized Salesforce Service Cloud solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Administer, troubleshoot, and maintain the Salesforce platform and integrated systems.
  • Develop and support dashboards, reports, and ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Recommend platform enhancements to improve usability and performance.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and specifications.
  • Promote best practices and define security and governance standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce technical implementations and enhancements.
  • Strong skills in Salesforce configuration and customization.
  • Proven experience in CRM process design and deployment.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and ETL processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
