Technical Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce Service Cloud
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver customized Salesforce Service Cloud solutions aligned with business needs.
- Administer, troubleshoot, and maintain the Salesforce platform and integrated systems.
- Develop and support dashboards, reports, and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Recommend platform enhancements to improve usability and performance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and specifications.
- Promote best practices and define security and governance standards.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce technical implementations and enhancements.
- Strong skills in Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Proven experience in CRM process design and deployment.
- Familiarity with integration tools and ETL processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
