Regional Salesforce Technical Senior Business Analyst - 12-month renewable contract
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements for Salesforce projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to design scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Lead workshops and facilitate requirements sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Support testing, user acceptance, and deployment activities to ensure successful delivery.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities, data models, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and system improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role, with strong exposure to technical solutioning and integration.
- Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, data modeling, and API/integration requirements.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Business Analyst) are preferred.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps is a plus.
