Regional Salesforce Technical Senior Business Analyst - 12-month renewable contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements for Salesforce projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations.
  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to design scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead workshops and facilitate requirements sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • Support testing, user acceptance, and deployment activities to ensure successful delivery.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities, data models, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and system improvements.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role, with strong exposure to technical solutioning and integration.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, data modeling, and API/integration requirements.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Business Analyst) are preferred.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps is a plus.
