Regional (1) M365 Technical Business Analyst and (2) Technical Support

1) M365 Business Analyst
Your Role

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, goals, and challenges related to Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization using Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Gather and document functional and technical requirements, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and Microsoft 365 capabilities.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including system architecture, data models, workflows, and integration points.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, developers, and project managers, to ensure effective implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Assist with the configuration and customization of Microsoft 365 applications, such as Purview, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and Power BI, to meet business requirements.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance (QA) to ensure Microsoft 365 solutions meet the defined requirements and business needs.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, helping them adopt and effectively utilize Microsoft 365 applications and features.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of Microsoft 365 solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Your Skills and Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified is a must.
  • At least 2 years of M365 suite product/ tools 1st line support experience.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 module, including Purview, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and workflows, with the ability to analyze and document complex requirements.
  • Experience with business process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design using industry-standard methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.

(2) M365 Technical Support

Your Role

  • Provide hands-on support for M365 platforms
  • Support with M365 migration
  • L2 General Technical support
  • Oversee Exchange Online, SharePoint, One Drive and Intune platforms
  • Be involved in engineering, design, BAU and some automation


  • 2+ years M365 administration and L2 support experience
  • Strong in Exchange Online, SharePoint, One Drive and Intune platforms
  • Cantonese speaking, fluent in English
