Regional IT Infrastructure Project Manager - Retail Space

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Monitor project expenses, track variances, and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising project quality or objectives.
• Establish and enforce quality standards for infrastructure projects.
• Implement appropriate quality control measures and evaluate project outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Must be able to communicate in English & Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) for verbal and written communication.
• At least 10+ years working experience in managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects for multiple countries in Asia.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, Jira).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
