Quality Assurance Tester, 20-30k

As the Tester in the team, your new role will be:

• Collaborate with team leads, business analysts, and end users to understand user requirements (URS).
• Conduct walkthroughs with system analysts and IT to discuss user and functional requirements (FRS).
• Develop and review test scopes, scenarios, and test cases.
• Prepare test data for UAT execution.
• Execute test cases in the UAT environment.
• Coordinate and arrange UAT sessions for end users when necessary.
• Analyze test results and communicate findings with IT.
• Identify, document, and track test defects, providing feedback to the development team to enhance system quality.
• Perform health checks post-program implementation.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Manager.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in the insurance or banking industry.
• Strong analytical, logical, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Skills in Access or other programming languages are a plus.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
