Project officer - up to 25K, banking

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as point of contact for external clients and internal stakeholders of the project
• Follow up on client queries regarding the project background on-going process
• Communicate with front office staff on obtaining required information and resolving client queries
• Work closely with Legal and project team to resolve client's legal related queries
• Ensure project completion before regulatory deadline to avoid any impact to the bank/clients

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration or other relevant qualifications
• Minimum one year of working experience in the Banking industry / Project Management
• Being proactive with good project management, communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferred
• Resilient, capable to work effectively and responsibly in a dynamic environment
