Project Manager - Retail

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Align regional requirements with global POS templates.
  • Oversee integration, data readiness, and solution feasibility.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Lead change impact analysis, training, and adoption.
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in project management, ideally in retail/POS projects.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and POS systems (Oracle POS preferred).
  • Experience in global/regional rollouts and multicultural environments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Preferred

  • Background in luxury retail.
  • Familiarity with APAC market practices.
  • Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR).
