Project Manager - Retail
Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Align regional requirements with global POS templates.
- Oversee integration, data readiness, and solution feasibility.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Lead change impact analysis, training, and adoption.
- Maintain project documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- 8+ years in project management, ideally in retail/POS projects.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and POS systems (Oracle POS preferred).
- Experience in global/regional rollouts and multicultural environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
Preferred
- Background in luxury retail.
- Familiarity with APAC market practices.
- Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR).
