Project Manager, Insurance, 75k

A leading Insurnace company is looking for an experienced Project Manager. In this role, you will drive key initiatives in customer journey redesign, agent compensation revamp, and stakeholder management. This role will ensure successful project delivery while balancing business needs and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects to redesign the customer journey for new intiatives for agency strategy team, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and agents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing processes and implement strategic enhancements.
• Oversee the revamp of compensation structures for agents handling orphan policies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Manage the establishment of a centralized service team dedicated to optimize operations and improve service quality.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and service delivery.
• Ensure collaboration with stakeholders to facilitate a smooth rollout and adoption of the program.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the insurance industry, with a strong focus on agency strategy and orphan policies.
• Proven ability to liaise effectively between IT and business teams, balancing technical requirements with strategic objectives.
• Strong expertise in risk management, with the capability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of motivating and guiding teams to achieve project goals.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must.
