Project Manager - Data

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data Lake and Data Integration programs.
• Oversee planning, execution, and governance across multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with business units to enable data-driven decision-making and marketing activation.
• Ensure seamless integration of CRM systems and support marketing enablement initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder communications across technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement throughout the program lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project/program management, with a focus on data platforms.
• Proven track record in delivering Data Lake and Data Integration projects.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing activation, and business enablement strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and coordinate across multiple teams.
• PMP, Scrum, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, or related industries.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to agile and hybrid delivery models.
