Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full project lifecycles from initiation through to completion.
  • Create and present engaging presentations for both internal and external audiences.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment among project stakeholders and team members.
  • Track project performance, manage risks, and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop business cases and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines and progress updates.
  • Utilize project management frameworks and tools to drive consistency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of relevant project management experience, ideally within corporate or healthcare environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Proficiency in project management platforms (e.g., Jira or similar).
  • Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems or terminology is a plus.
