PMO Manager - Leading Insurance

Role Responsibilities

  • Planning and implementing project management techniques based on templates and toolkits
  • Monitoring existing projects to guarantee timely execution and completion
  • Obtaining and evaluating project data to discover project flaws and rectify any time-related or budgetary issues
  • Liaising with project team members and providing suggestions or solutions to unanticipated challenges
  • Preparing project status reports for evaluation by management
  • Keeping clients informed of the status and development of their initiatives
  • Assuring that all project plans adhere to PMO standards
  • Monitoring of project benefits and KPI


  • A bachelor's degree in project management or a related subject
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a PMO or in a comparable function with transferrable skills
  • Experienced reviewing Business cases
  • Excellent programme coordination and administration skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and flourish in a fast-paced atmosphere
  • Willing learner in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with technology and SDLC
  • Familiarity with Jira and Power BI
  • Cantonese speaker
