PMO Manager - Financial Services - Hong Kong

Our client is a leading financial services group. They are now looking for a PMO Manager to join their fast-growing team.

Reponsibilities:
  • You will plan and implement project management techniques based on templates and toolkits
  • You will monitor existing projects to guarantee timely execution and completion
  • You will obtain and evaluate project data to discover project flaws and rectify any time-related or budgetary issues
  • You will liaise with project team members and providing suggestions or solutions to unanticipated challenges
  • You will prepare project status reports for evaluation by management
  • You will assure that all project plans adhere to PMO standards
  • You will monitor of project benefits and KPI
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in project management or a related subject
  • 5+ years of experience in a PMO or in a comparable function with transferrable skills
  • Robust critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with Jira and Power BI
