PMO Analyst / Project Coordinator

Job description

Key Responsibilities:



Project Financial Management

  • Track and report project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts.
  • Ensure financial compliance and accuracy across all project activities.
  • Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Support vendor and contract management, including negotiation and compliance monitoring.


Project Coordination & Reporting

  • Assist in planning and implementing project management methodologies and toolkits.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret project data to identify issues and recommend solutions.
  • Prepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with PMO standards.


Resource & Stakeholder Management

  • Support resource allocation and utilization across multiple projects.
  • Forecast resource needs and resolve conflicts in collaboration with project leads.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project progress, risks, and changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a PMO, project coordination, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
