Personal Assistant (Banking, 3-months contract)

Job description

  • 3 Months Contract to Perm
  • Minimum 4 years of secretarial experience
  • Immediate availability is preferred


  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Executive Director including but not limited to scheduling business appointments, trip arrangements, organize schedules & meetings, prepare minutes, report, meeting material, agenda, and presentation materials.
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on business operations
  • Preparing and submitting expense claims promptly and accurately; Process corporate card and cash expenses for reimbursement.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties


  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in Banking or finance industry
  • Excellent in spoken and written English
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Attention to details and able to work with a team
  • Positive, energetic and self-motivated
