Personal Assistant (Banking, 3-months contract)
Job description
- 3 Months Contract to Perm
- Minimum 4 years of secretarial experience
- Immediate availability is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Executive Director including but not limited to scheduling business appointments, trip arrangements, organize schedules & meetings, prepare minutes, report, meeting material, agenda, and presentation materials.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on business operations
- Preparing and submitting expense claims promptly and accurately; Process corporate card and cash expenses for reimbursement.
- Perform any ad hoc duties
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in Banking or finance industry
- Excellent in spoken and written English
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Attention to details and able to work with a team
- Positive, energetic and self-motivated
