payroll Associate, HK island , 6 months contract, $30-40K

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support C&B annual activities: bonus and salary review, staff cost budgeting, staff insurance renewal, employer tax return and rental reimbursement;
  • Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
  • Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences
  • Handle tax filing and assist with all enquiries about payroll matters

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate with around 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Solid knowledge and practical experience in payroll
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Strong organising ability and multi-tasking
  • Strong in team collaboration
