Part-time Customer Service Officer

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver efficient and customer-focused service at the counter
  • Understand customer needs to provide suitable banking solutions and make relevant referrals
  • Assist with daily branch operations while complying with established procedures and guidelines

Requirements

  • Completion of secondary education or higher
  • Prior experience in bank counter services is an advantage
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
  • Strong customer-first mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality service
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn with a positive approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Chinese, with Putonghua proficiency considered a plus
