Operations Support (fresh grad welcome)

Role Background:

This position functions within a key agency responsible for overseeing bankruptcy case administration, working in close coordination with trustees and the Official Receiver's Office. The role is pivotal in handling requests from various government entities and managing stock trade and holding instructions issued by the Securities and Futures Commission.

Main Duties

• Coordinate the administration of bankruptcy cases in partnership with trustees and the Official Receiver's Office.
• Handle a wide range of requests from government agencies with accuracy and efficiency.
• Process stock trading and holding instructions received from the Securities and Futures Commission.
• Organize and manage the distribution of duplicate statements, including billing for related service charges.
• Accurately process loan confirmation requests within required timeframes.
• Conduct thorough document retrieval and data scanning to support operational tasks.
• Draft clear and professional correspondence as needed.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
