Office Assistant / Clerk (Casual / Part-time)

Job description


  • Perform general clerical tasks, including photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail for delivery or shipment.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and placing orders as needed..
  • Provide administrative support to various departments
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a clerk, office assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong work ethic and reliability.
