Office and Admin Assistant Manager (Part-time)

Job description

  • All-rounded admin / secretarial work
  • 4 days work per week (Mon-Thurs)
  • Immediately available is highly preferred


Responsibilities:

  • Provide all-rounded admin / secretarialsupports
  • Manage business appointments, meeting schedules with internal and external parties
  • Assist to coordinate and organize corporate events
  • Coordinate with various sub-contractors and vendors
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or relevant discipline
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Work under pressure, highly flexible but well organized
  • Excellent computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • 09:00 to 13:00 - 5 days a week
    Option to move to 09:00 to 14:00 - 4 days a week
