(KYC/CDD) Compliance Officer (Fresh graduates are welcomed)

Our client is a well-established financial institution. To cope with business needs, they are currently hiring Compliance Officer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze name screening alerts from internal and external sources, and escalate positives if necessary for further review
• Assess matches against sanctions lists, PEP databases, and adverse media
• Document findings, reasons for clearing/escalating alerts, and provide supporting evidence
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve alert issues that align with SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

Key Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in all disciplines
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in CDD/KYC/AML is preferred. Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Interested to work in the banking industry
• Knowledge of AML regulations, global sanctions regimes, and screening software (e.g., World-Check, Fircosoft)
• Proficiency in both English and Cantonese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
