Job Responsibilities
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups for a variety of digital products and services.
- Conceptualize multiple iterative digital experiences and present them effectively to clients.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and overall experience.
- Define, maintain, and evolve design systems to guide the development of digital products throughout their lifecycle.
- Develop and uphold design systems using tools like Figma and establish UI guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Simplify complex financial concepts into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and technologies, particularly in the fintech and financial services sectors.
- Analyze user behavior and data to identify opportunities for design enhancements and optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- A strong portfolio that showcases your design process and demonstrates a history of creating successful user-centric designs.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
- Excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry in Hong Kong and consumer behavior is a plus.
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese
