Junior QA - Insurance (AI chatbot), 25k

Our client is a leading life insurance company.

• Manage the AI chatbot, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business goals.
• Resolve production defects and support BAU operations to maintain chatbot performance.
• Conduct testing (UAT, integration) and coordinate with vendors to meet quality standards.
• Implement automated workflows to enhance efficiency for internal agents.
• Convert paper documents into digital formats for chatbot integration.
• Work with IT, HR, and vendors to gather requirements and deliver updates.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1-3 years in project management, ideally with AI/chatbot or digital projects.
• Experience in testing, vendor management, or HR systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of chatbot platforms, project management tools (e.g., Jira), and testing. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English
