Junior Business Analyst/ Data Analyst/ UAT/ QA

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
• Support data collection, cleaning, and analysis to generate actionable insights.
• Participate in UAT planning, execution, and documentation.
• Conduct QA testing to ensure software quality and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business users.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal use.
• Document processes, test cases, and findings clearly and accurately.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or Power BI).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
