IT Project Manager, Banking, up to 65k

Key Responsibilities:

• As the Project Manager in the team, you'll lead IT projects from inception through to deployment, ensuring seamless execution.
• Analyze and interpret business needs for investment products such as stocks, funds, and bonds.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including business users, technical teams (both internal and external), regulatory bodies, and senior management, to drive project success.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), facilitate IT solutions, and resolve issues while preparing necessary documentation.
• Coordinate efforts across multiple parties to achieve project objectives.
• Share domain expertise to contribute to broader project initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and business analysis, preferably within the banking industry.
• Proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives with teams distributed across various locations.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder and vendor management.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
