IT Project Manager, Banking

Our client, a well-established IT consulting firm, is seeking a Project Manager to drive multiple concurrent banking projects and deliver real value across their portfolio.

Your New Role:

• Spearhead the execution of diverse projects valued between HKD 5M-8M, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Collaborate with both business and technical teams to refine requirements and align expectations.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, taking full ownership of timelines, deliverables, and execution.
• Lead regular project meetings, monitor progress using RAG status indicators, and proactively address risks and issues.
• Organize and maintain all project documentation in a structured, accessible format-no more digging through emails!
• Host monthly governance sessions to update stakeholders, escalate concerns, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Oversee project budgets, vendor contracts, invoice workflows, and financial approvals.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing complex IT or business transformation projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Detail-oriented with a knack for structured planning and documentation.
• Financial acumen to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
