Job Responsiblities:

  • IT helpdesk for chainstore support or service
  • Hotline and ticket system service and support
  • Provide daily IT/Window's support
  • Provide daily POS system/device's support
  • Monitor ticket system status

Job Requirements:

  • Related working expereinces in IT helpdesk support
  • POS system/device knowledge and experiences
  • Excellent communication skills and good team spirit
