Investment Operations

Job Background:

This role is designed to support daily operations within Investment Operations, helping to ease the workload of existing team members and ensure smooth handling of routine tasks during the HK DC migration project.

Job Duties:

• Deliver high-quality support services to maintain operational efficiency
• Minimize operational errors through diligent process execution
• Manage documentation, including follow-ups and proper filing
• Post accounting and GSL entries accurately
• Reconcile accounts and investigate any discrepancies
• Set up and maintain product codes in relevant systems
• Perform system setup and ongoing maintenance
• Handle premium billing and refund processes
• Accrue and reconcile commission/income accounts
• Act as a liaison between branches and external parties such as underwriters, brokers, fund houses, RIO, and service providers
• Respond to phone inquiries from branches, sales channels, and counterparties
• Prepare and deliver MIS reports
• Coordinate with counterparties and internal departments for issue resolution
• Support system testing related to insurance products
• Detect and report irregular activities or potential risks to the Investment Operations Manager

Requirements

• Prior internship/exeprience is preferred
• Immediately available is preferred
• Fluent English is required
