Insurance Partnership Specialist (open to fresh grad)

Job description

Job Duties

  • Stakeholder Enablement: empower external parties by guiding them in developing sales pipelines, including training on effective strategies for selling General Insurance (GI) products
  • Product Extertise: respond to inquiries and provide detailed information about product offerings
  • Sales Coaching: mentor sales team on building strong relationships with potential clients to enhance engagement and conversion
  • Client Engagement Support: participate in joint client meetings to facilities meaningful discussions around GI solutions and strengthen stakeholder client interactions
  • Quote and Presentation Assistant: collaborate with stakeholders to prepare and submit accurate, competitive GI quotes and coordinate with Underwriters to ensure smooth processes

Requirements

  • Customer-Centric Experience: ideally you bring experience in training or customer-focused roles
  • Strong Communicator: excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • GI Knowledge: moderate experience in GI sector is preferred
  • Clear and Effective Communication: ability to convey information clearly
