Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Duties

• Oversee and manage office relocation or modern workspace infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
• Lead coordination with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure proper implementation of networking solutions, including Aruba and Cisco Wi-Fi and base switching networks.
• Collaborate with technical teams on infrastructure design and deployment.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall professional experience in IT infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing office relocation or workspace modernization projects.
• Strong knowledge of Aruba and Cisco Wi-Fi, networking, and base switching networks.
• Cloud networking experience is an advantage.
• Excellent project management skills, including timeline control, risk management, and budget oversight.
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
