HR Officer (6 months fixed term) | Law Firm

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Support onboarding processes and assist new hires with orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Organize and coordinate training sessions and development programs.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of HR experience in law firms or financial services.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
