HR Associate - up to 20K

Job description

  • Diploma or above

  • Offer admin support to HR team, including recruitment & selection, new employees reception & training and development
  • Administer various HR systems & programs such as HR info system & medical scheme
  • Handle general employees' enquiries & requests, handling industrial accidents/sickness cases
  • Compile & analyze HR related statistics & reports

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / HR Management or equivalent with minimum 2 years' relevant experience; or DSE / HKCEE graduate with 5 passes including English (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language with minimum 5 years' relevant experience plus Diploma in HR Management or equivalent
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Excellent in the use of MS Office applications. Experience in using EDMS / SAP EFMS / EHRS modules would be an advantage.
  • Able to handle multi-tasks as assigned by supervisors
