Job description

Responsibilities:

You will provide walk-in troubleshooting and technical support
You will open Service tickets (if required), follow up on tickets that are not closed
You will open and close facility
You will provide "tours" of the facility

Requirements:

College degree or equivalent experience
Strong technical support skills and technical knowledge
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
