Job description


  • You will provide walk-in troubleshooting and technical support
  • You will open Service tickets (if required), follow up on tickets that are not closed
  • You will open and close facility
  • You will provide "tours" of the facility


  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical support skills and technical knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
