Corporate Access Analyst, up to 33K, banking

Our client is a well-known retail bank from the US. They now look for a new teammate to join their global event marketing team to support their vendor expense payment processing & post-event reconciliation program.

Job responsibilities:

• Process invoice & expense for global event marketing team's activities & events
• Handle event pre-approval process, ensuring events are aligned with company's compliance and budget
• Assist payment team on payment processing & enquiries
• Support the Post Event Reconciliation Program to event review & quality control

Job requirements:

• 3-4 years of working experience in banking & finance as operation & admin role
• Knowledge in expense claim and online event management; experience in post event reconciliation is a plus
• University degree or equivalent
• Preferably work experience within a multinational organization working with colleagues throughout Asia Pacific
• Good team player, with good commitment & positive attitude
• Must be fluent in English & Chinese
