Executive Assistant | Private Equity

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate intricate schedules for partners and senior executives, balancing internal meetings, client appointments, travel arrangements, and personal commitments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and prioritizing urgent matters.
  • Compile financial reports, create PowerPoint presentations, gather background information on potential investment opportunities, and provide comprehensive support for meetings.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation, and manage travel itineraries and expense reports.
  • Maintain databases of potential investments, coordinate due diligence activities, and ensure necessary documents are prepared and filed in a timely manner.
  • Handle highly sensitive financial information and strategic plans, exercising discretion in all aspects of work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Experience in the private equity or financial services industry (preferred).
  • Familiarity with investment processes and terminology (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities (preferred).
