Event Project Coordinator, up to 32K, Banking Industry

Job description

Job Tasks:

- Develop and manage in-class events across all businesses.
- Manage and arrange all logistics, vendors, venues and negotiated budgets
for assigned projects
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to assist them with strategic
recommendations for their event programs
- Handle financial reporting & other admin documentation for various


- University degree or equivalent
- 3 years of experiences in managing/executing corporate meetings, conference & high-profile events
- Experience in handling virtual & live in-person events
- Good knowledge in venues, vendors & event partners, both local & regional
- Excellent communication skills & work well under pressure
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Tools
