Digital Learning Developer -Video Production (Project-based)

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create scripts, storyboards, and prototypes; facilitate reviews with stakeholders.

• Build e-learning modules (e.g., interactive scenarios, quizzes) and package for LMS.

• Produce videos end-to-end: scripting, recording or directing, editing, motion graphics, voiceover, captions.

• Design animations and visual assets that simplify complex concepts and align with brand guidelines.

• Establish templates, style guides, and reusable components to speed future development.

• Integrate and test content in the LMS, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize for devices/browsers.

• Manage timelines, feedback cycles, and version control; communicate progress and risks clearly.

Skills, Abilities and Experiences Required:

• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition), Vyond and multimedia authoring tools

• Experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise 360) or similar course authoring software is a plus

• Understanding of learning science and instructional design fundamentals will be an advantage

• Good to have experience in LMS / eLearning platform

• Proficiency in both written and oral English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua preferred

• Proactive individual who is able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility
