Data Analyst, Insurance, 50k

Job duties

• Generating ad-hoc reports for marketing fulfilment
• Generating insights to convert them to actions by slice/dice/segment/find right segment/create segments etc
• Creating Google Analytics and Adjust tagging stories, make sure all Product Owner's stories has enough information to collect data for analytics
• Work with product owners to provide valuable insights to take further actions
• Providing daily/weekly/monthly reports to everyone on the overall performance of the platform with calculatedattribution
• Tracking the effectiveness of various campaigns including push notifications

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of designing, building and operationalizing data solutions and applications (with batch ETL or streaming data)
• Excellent understanding on SQL data storage structures and storage/query optimizations. (Preferably using MySqland Dynamo DB SQL)
• Mastered SQL querying to build any data presentations using joins, reference tables, groupings, statistics etc.
• Proficiency in BI skills, including experience in generating reports, dashboards and other business intelligence outputs
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Adjust platform is preferred
• Knowledge of cloud-based storage and computing platforms, preferably in AWS
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum Methodology
• Good communication skills, with strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills
• Knowledge of insurance and marketing domain is a plus point
