Customer Service Officer (Banking, Up to 22k)

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and make outbound calls to bank customers and provide assistance on a variety of inquiries such as account opening and general banking inquiries.
  • Handle customers enquires and deliver excellent services to satisfy their needs
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Secondary education or above
  • Preferably with minimum 1 year of relevant experiences in banking or customer service.
  • Good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
