Customer Service Manager - up to 45K, banking

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle client's verbal & written complaints
  • Work with other departments for case investigation and generate solutions
  • Identify areas to improve the current service process

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service/compliant handling, preferably within banking & finance service industry
  • Excellent customer service attitude
  • Fluet in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
