Custodian Operations Support - Banking

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the Account Opening Unit and Citi's Custodian Services to facilitate new account setups
• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of account opening documents for safekeeping
• Execute trade settlements including buy/sell transactions and securities transfers
• Process corporate actions such as coupon payments and redemptions
• Input settlement instructions into the system
• Initiate fund transfers to clients' bank-maintained accounts
• Generate custodian reports and client statements

Requirements

• Banking operations experience
• VBA skills is desirable
