Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve escalated complaints from credit card clients
- Provide end-to-end complaint processing : conduct investigation, internal coordination and offer settlement to clients within service standards
- Conduct complaint analysis & liaise with related parties to drive for improvement
Job Qualifications:
- Handle and resolve escalated complaints from credit card clients
- University graduate with major in Social Science or Business Administration
- 5-7 years of experience in complaint handling, preferably from banking or FS environment
- Strong communication/analytical skills
- Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua
