Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve escalated complaints from credit card clients
  • Provide end-to-end complaint processing : conduct investigation, internal coordination and offer settlement to clients within service standards
  • Conduct complaint analysis & liaise with related parties to drive for improvement

Job Qualifications:

  • Handle and resolve escalated complaints from credit card clients
  • University graduate with major in Social Science or Business Administration
  • 5-7 years of experience in complaint handling, preferably from banking or FS environment
  • Strong communication/analytical skills
  • Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua
