Client On-Boarding Officer - Up to 35K

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Experience in KYC
• Stable and expanding company

Our Client is one of the Global Banks who is now looking for an Officer to join their On-Boarding team.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders in client outreach team, Policy Team, AFC Team and client onboarding teams to remediate client population
• Handle the end-to-end onboarding of new client accounts, collecting all relevant information and manage the client onboarding experience
• Review KYC (Know Your Client) documentation, AML, and perform customer due diligence (CDD) for new client accounts and periodic CDD review on existing client accounts
• Provide administrative support for the middle and back-office team
• Maintain and update database of all information and documents
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years' experience in KYC within corporate banking is preferred
• Stable profile
• Self-motivated, proactive, and self-driven
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
