Business/ Data Analyst, Insurance (Agency Compensation), 55k

Our insurance client is seeking a skilled Business /Data Analyst to drive data analytics, support agency compensation strategies, and manage project implementations.

Job Duties:

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data models and visualizations.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for business improvement.
• Assist in designing and calculating agency compensation schemes.
• Validate compensation logic with actuarial and finance teams.
• Provide insights for enhancements based on historical compensation data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful business solution implementation.
• Prepare and review test plans for insurance applications.
• Lead UAT activities and ensure quality deliverables.

Requrements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experiece.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
• Familiarity with compensation structures and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in project management and UAT processes is a plus.
