Job description

Job Tasks:

- Make calls for conducting industry research and client survey,
- Handle enquiry through phone, email and other communication channels
- Interact with SME company and their related information to aid business needs
- Assist manager in various new client acquisition activities

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree
- Sales / Customer Service experience
- Preferably in banking industry or ecommerce sector
- Strong math and analytical skills
