Business Analyst / Junior Project Manager
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to insurance products, policy administration, and claims processes.
- Map and optimize workflows, identifying areas for improvement and automation.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with development teams.
- Assist in planning and managing project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution.
- Monitor project risks and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in business analysis and/or project coordination, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Solid understanding of insurance operations and systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP/CAPM certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Immediately available or with short notice period preferred.
