Business Analyst / Junior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to insurance products, policy administration, and claims processes.
• Map and optimize workflows, identifying areas for improvement and automation.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with development teams.
• Assist in planning and managing project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution.
• Monitor project risks and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis and/or project coordination, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Solid understanding of insurance operations and systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP/CAPM certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Immediately available or with short notice period preferred.
