Business Analyst / Consultant - Salesforce
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions across various business units.
- Design and configure Marketing Cloud components including Journey Builder, Cloud Pages, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data segmentation and personalization.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring seamless data flow and campaign execution.
- Apply marketing best practices to enhance customer engagement and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and IT to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Marketing Cloud configurations and integrations.
- Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud platform capabilities and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Cloud Pages, SQL, and AMPscript.
- Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Solid understanding of data models, APIs, and integration patterns within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Consultant).
- Experience with scripting languages and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
