Business Analyst / Consultant - Salesforce

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions across various business units.
  • Design and configure Marketing Cloud components including Journey Builder, Cloud Pages, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries for data segmentation and personalization.
  • Integrate Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring seamless data flow and campaign execution.
  • Apply marketing best practices to enhance customer engagement and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and IT to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Marketing Cloud configurations and integrations.
  • Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Cloud Pages, SQL, and AMPscript.
  • Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of data models, APIs, and integration patterns within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Consultant).
  • Experience with scripting languages and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
