Business Analyst - Insurance - Hong Kong
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop detailed documentation of business processes and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
- Conduct workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and document business processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Provide support during the implementation and testing phases of projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
