Business Analyst - Insurance - Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop detailed documentation of business processes and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
• Conduct workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and document business processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Provide support during the implementation and testing phases of projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
