About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to engage in the distribution compensation process across multiple channels. This role involves overseeing system projects, including the implementation of new compensation systems, system enhancements, and supporting routine compensation verification and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and define business requirements from various channels
  • Analyze requirements and prepare detailed user documentation
  • Develop and execute test cases, including user acceptance and regression tests
  • Perform post-implementation checks to ensure successful deployment
  • Manage production issues, resolve errors, and propose workarounds
  • Ensure the accuracy of distribution compensation calculations and payments

Skills and Expertise:

  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis
  • Knowledge of insurance compensation for multi-distribution channels is a plus
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Distribution Compensation Platforms
  • FLMI qualification is an advantage
